Pressure feed containers are used to allow the coating material to be prepared, thinned and conditioned, constantly agitated (if required) and then supplied in bulk to consistently maintain the correct spraying viscosity and pressure. The Binks range is equipped with easy to operate air regulators (to set the desired fluid outlet pressure) safety pressure relief cocks and Manual, Rotary or Oscillating agitation types are available to provide the best quality agitation.
Binks Pressure Feed Containers are constructed from the highest grade materials and fully comply with European and Global pressure regulations including PED, ATEX and ASME.

For all tasks requiring continuous application of substantial material / paint quantities at a steady pressure, SATA paint pressure vessels are the ideal solution. Different professional tank sizes, ranging from 2 to 100 iters, and variable pressure adjustment allow almost unlimited possibilities. Accessories dedicated to special tasks, such as manual, pneumatic or electric agitators are available.
Both low viscosity professional paints and high viscosity or abrasive materials can be applied swiftly and without problems with SATA paint pressure tanks. There are no moving parts and, therefore no wear and tear. All material-conveying parts can be supplied in stainless steel to special order. Work becomes especially profitable if the pressure tank size can be adapted to the original material professional container; reducing cleaning to a minimum as the original material container is simply inserted into the paint pressure tank. |

The DDS Bomb vessel is unique in that it is the first of its kind and professional displays the following features:
The vessel is smaller than conventional vessels, which results in a smaller heat capacity. Special attention has been given to a thermally balanced vessel design which has been achieved using computer aided design (CAD) and computer simulation of heat transfer characteristics.
The vessel has an oxygen volume of 0.22 litres (220ml), which allows for a 0,5gr coal sample at approximately 30MJ/Kg. The temperature sensors manufacturers are located cylindrically within the vessel walls at eight places.
The approximate temperature rise of the vessel after burning of 0,5gr benzoic acid is 9 degrees C. Practical tests have shown that up to 0.8gr of benzoic acid can be burnt without affectin g the accuracy. Oxygen starvation affects the results with higher charges.
The vessel is "smart" with an microprocessor built into the base of the unit. All the information pertinent to a vessel is stored permanently inside the vessel i.e. vessel number, calibration, number of firings, date of last reconditioning etc.
The vessel PCB is only powered up when it is placed in the calorimeter. The consequences of the vessel memory is that any vessel can run in any ...follow link for more info

| Pressure vessels made of galvanised steel or stainless steel are available in many sizes (1 litre - 250 litres). Due to uniform, pulsation-free material transfer from tank to professional gun, a first class spray pattern and a high working speed is achieved. If necessary, pressure tanks can be fitted with air-powered or electric agitators in order to achieve high hue accuracy and a homogeneous surface finish. WALTHER PILOT offers complete systems for all requirements. WALTHER PILOT manufactures pressure tanks in accordance with strict requirements of pressure equipment Directive 97/23/EC. In accordance with Directive 94/9/EC (ATEX), WALTHER PILOT has the approval for manufacturing equipment for appropriate application in areas exposed to explosion threats. Furthermore, we are certified to manufacture and approve tanks in accordance with the US-American ASME-code as well as the Chinese Safety Quality License. 10 years of delivery guarantee for spare parts. |
