| The Remote Sensor series consists of a wide selection of remote photoelectric sensors manufacturers, which are made to operate in conjunction with a Telco photoelectric professional amplifier. The remote photoelectric sensors consist of a separate professional transmitter and receiver sensor, which are available in a wide range of housings that may be used thru beam or diffuse proximity mode. The series is available with an optional power-on indicator in the receiver sensor and output indicator in the transmitter sensor, for use with any Telco photoelectric amplifier which has the sensor LED drive feature incorporated. |

· CMOS Image sensor for high accuracy displacement measurement.
· Span adjustment and Offset functions for flexible control of analogue output.
· Preset alarm for Peak/Bottom limit of analogue value.
· Accurate detection of dark colored targets.

The Photoelectric Amplifier series consists of a wide selection of single channel photoelectric amplifers which are to be used in conjunction with Telco's line of remote manufacturers of photoelectric sensors, that may be used in thru beam or diffuse proximity. A selection of the professional amplifiers provide high penetration power which are suitable for applications with contaminated environments. The series can achieve sensing ranges of over 70 m in thru beam and 5 m in diffuse proximity. All the photoelectric amplifiers are housed in enclosures with an 11-pole DIN socket connection.
Supply voltage can be selected between AC and/or DC, and the output can be selected between a transistor and/or relay output. The series offers a choice betweem automatic and/or manual sensitivity adjustment, with or without on/off time delay adjustment via integral potentiometers located on the front panels of the amplifiers. Light or dark function, and long and short range is professional switch selectable. A selection of the models offers sensor LED drives which powers optional monitor LEDs (power-on and output) available on the remote sensors. |

The RPS-322 (model shown) has 2 sealed stainless steel multiplexed transducers, independent range control adjustments, Led monitors, and form C relay outputs.
The transducer head is constructed of 303 grade stainless steel with a 302 grade stainless steel sensing face, and is best suited for environments where dirt and moisture are a problem, as well as some chemical environments. This sensor also has a unique master and slave feature which enables many of the same units to be used within close proximity of one another without cross-talk interference. For example, if three sensors are needed in a close area, one sensor would be left as a master and the other two would be slaves.
The remote transducers allow for mounting of the sensor heads in cramped spaces while the controller is out of the way. The (2) independent and isolated form C relays furnish N.O. and N.C. outputs. This sensor operates at a frequency of 150kHz for the 72" range. This sensor has a narrow sensing beam. Mounting flanges, LED indicators, ranging potentiometers, and 6-ft. transducer cables are included. Optional cable lengths are available.

GfG's fixed gas detection systems are available as easy to operate single point units or as larger systems with several hundred industrial transmitters. These multiple point systems consist of controllers and transmitters that communicate with each other. The transmitter changes the measured gas concentration to an electrical signal which is transfered to the controller. The controller shows the gas concentration in a display and immediately activates alarming devices in case of a gas leak. Advanced features such as data logging or online data transmission allow the user to easily monitor ambient changes in the environment. The Stand Alone unit is a combination of both transmitter and controller.
The transmitter's sensor is the "sense of smell" of a fixed gas detection system. The sensor is located in a metal sensor enclosure which is attached to the transmitter and converts the gas concentration into an electric signal. Electronics inside the transmitter changes this electrical signal for interference free transfer to the controller. The transmitter and the controller can be installed several 100 meters apart from each other.

Centralized monitoring and traceability of the temperatures
New LABGUARD 2 version 3.7 with alarms in real time and function back up!
AES CHEMUNEX presents version 3.7 of system LABGUARD 2. Already adopted by many laboratories in France and abroad, LABGUARD 2 is an acquisition machine and of monitoring of the temperatures (and other parameters like: relative humidity, differential pressure, CO2, O2, contacts dry...). The transmission of the data in real time by radio of the emitters towards the receiver and the computer avoids any wiring and allows a very simple and fast installation as well as a very great flexibility.
The software, conforms CFR21 leaves 11, presents a total traceability: the data base is made safe and the software delivered with file of validation (service IQ, OQ available). The new version of the software integrates the function "back up": the data are recorded in each module and can thus be recovered in the event of stop or of computer breakdown. The data security is maximum. The emitters can be supplied with industrial battery cell and/or sector.
The software is conceived in a modular way, various optional modules make it possible to meet the needs for each user (mapping, reference of alarms, localization of the apparatuses at fault, remote consultation, interfacing software quality...)
