High performance solution in HF band radio frequency identification field (13,56MHz) specially designed to work on metal surfaces and environments where high resistance is needed.
- Plastic enclosure PA66 (UL94 V-0, flame-resistant) completely sealed by polyurethane resin
- two versions depending on assembly method:
Screw, small rivets and double side adhesive tape.
SMD version.
- Reading distances on non-metallic surfaces are 20cm and 11-15cm over metal surfaces (1W power); for higher powers (4W) the PREMOTAG reaches 50cm on non-metallic surfaces and the 25-30cm reading distances on metal surfaces, depending also of transmitting antenna size.

This encapsulated label RFID is used to reinforce a rolled label. After resin tapping and encapsulation, it resists very strong constraints.
JMD: The print of your products!
The know-how of JMD rests on the manufacture of the complexage* of radio-labels ("RFID tags" in English). In autoadhésive form, the tags are stuck or are integrated in objects or products, even in living organisms.
*Le complexage of a label is a combination of several layers various thicknesses.
The association of 400 matters: metals, PVC, polyester, paper, plexi, celester... with more than 100 adhesives enables us to propose to you a range of 5 ranges of Tags RFID: dome, encapsulated, embossé, rolled, signed...

One of the drawbacks of RFID is: radiowaves are sometimes subjected to interference from metals, liquids products and packaging. However, SATO's proprietary FlagTagSolutions™ is the perfect solution. The FlagTagSolutions™ is field-proven to be readable even with metals and liquids interference. It is designed to be used with the SATO CL4e Series On-demand RFID printer as well as SATO's S-Type print engine for the automatic print-and-apply application. SATO's FlagTagSolutions™ can be used on pallets, cases metal drums, liquids or aluminium cans.

RFID Tag
The RFID Tag is a data carrier that can be attached to virtualy any type of surface. The RFID tag has the ability to store upto 32K Bytes of data and be reused over and over again (upto 10,000,000,000 times!). Balogh RFID tags are all passive, meaning they have no onboard power source. All the power that a Balogh RFID Tag needs is supplied by the RFID Transceiver.
