The RAS 22.07 SpeedySeamer with seven rollforming stations is a multi-functional and cost-efficient machine for varying uses in the HVAC ducting industry. The top of the line RAS 22.09 SpeedySeamer is a 9-station high quality system. Both machines are designed for sheet thicknesses up to 1.5 mm mild steel. The profiles can be as high as 20 mm and the machines reach a speed of 16 m/min.
The machines can have two sets of rolls set up at a time. This allows to have a set of Pittsburgh Rolls on one side and a set of Standing Seam Rolls on the other side. The same could be done with a set of Snap Lock Rolls on one side and Cam Standing Rolls on the other. The rolls are made from the highest quality case-hardened special steel. For additional safety the sheet support tables can be adjusted to the different run heights of the right and left roller set.
The wear resistant and hardened entrance guiding system is not in contact with the usually plasma-cut material edges. Graved run-in sheet support tables thus belong to the past. Blanks stiffened with Z-seams can be processed easily, as the material guiding system uses downhold pins in the squaring arm.

With the RAS DuctZipper, operators will be quick to realize how fast and easy it is to create perfect ducts with minimal effort. Large ducts, small ducts - it doesn't matter! That's because of the exclusive RAS material handling system designed around front and rear support arms. The system supports ducts of any size and shape to a height of 700 mm. This extremely productive in-line design moves through the machine along with the duct work. After one seam is completed, the operator simply puts the duct crosswise onto the material guidance system and slides it back to the entry point. It's that simple and most often it saves a second operator! For ducts that are longer than 2 meter, the AutoPilot automatically detaches from the material handling system.

Designed to close empty and full containers of a cylindrical shape in aluminium, tin plate, cardboard and plastic.
Machine with rotating can with high production capacity motorised plates, allowing guarantee of hygiene, reliability and constant seaming pressure. The new lubrication device keeps maintenance intervals to a minimum. Composed of two separate systems: the first is a closed circuit oil system to prevent lubricant spillage complete with a condensate elimination system.
The second is a grease system which is also centralised and automatic. These seamers are constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, with the exception of the upper head (which is an oil bath), being manufactured in carbon steel. This guarantees maximum resistance to component corrosion and contamination of the recovered product.
They are complete with safety protection guards, as required by regulations, the external guards allowing for product recovery inside the machine for transfer to a manifold. The watertight rollers permit pressurised cleaning of the seaming zone without ingress of liquid. The noise level does not exceed the value of 85 DbA as required by regulations. During the working phase, it is possible to exclude the second operation rollers in order to accurately control the first operation. Operational speed variation is obtained by means of electrical supply.
