NUTFIX™ self clinching nuts provide the solution to achieving a thread
function in metal sheet of any thickness.
This type of fastener is installed using a press.
The performance of NUTFIX™ nuts is outstanding - in terms of both
torque resistance and tensile force. It can therefore be used in numerous
applications, even those subject to significant stress.

I autofissanti dice C and CS guarantee resistant threads to forts loaded with extraction and torsion on sheets also of minimal thickness (not inferior to 0,8 milimeter). I dice C and CS are constructed in compliance with military detailed lists MIL-N-45938/1. Autofissanti hinges CH/CHS/CHA to flat head allow to create threads on foils (the minimal thickness 1 milimeter) with elevated guarantees of held to torsion and traction. The colonnine distance them autofissanti CFSO/CFSOS - CFBSO/CFBSOS have been planned for a practical and fast installation with whichever normal pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical equipment. It distances them, is with passing thread is with blind thread, are uses you on sheets of not inferior thickness to 1 milimeter. They are not necessary secondary operations of reaming or slobber before the installation.

Features
Unlike spot welding, joints can be created in-die with clinch fasteners and automated equipment
Can be used where welding is impossible or undesirable, such as joining dissimilarmaterials, precoated
sheets, and high strength thin sheet metals
Unlike welding, clinch fasteners do not create a heat zone in the materials during installation
Can be installed after the painting or coating process, with virtually no aesthetic damage to the application
Allows simple visual inspection to determine proper fastener seating
Placing equipment ranging from manual working station to multiple, high rate setting machines
Benefits
Lowers in-place costs, maximizes assembly flexibility
Corrosion resistance is maintained
Changes and damage to the application materials are minimized
Can eliminate welding operations and its environmental and safety hazards
Avoids cross-threading and other problems caused by coated or painted threads
Joints do not require destructive testing to determine installed strength
Use of threaded fasteners ease servicing while providing high joint strength
Strux® Fasteners
STRUX® clinch studs (external threads)
STRUX® clinch nuts (internal threads)
unthreaded STRUXtite® nuts for use with TAPTITE® thread-rolling fasteners are available as specials
Available in sizes M4 M12
Optimum performance in sheet metals over 1.5mm thick
Optional Prevalok® prevailing torque feature
Rivtex® Fasteners
Rivtex® clinch studs (external threads)
Rivtex® pierce-clinch nuts (internal threads)
Available in sizes M5 M10
For thinner sheet metals, including high strength thin steel sheets and aluminum sheets
clinch products: 0.75mm to 2.0mm

KPS6 Used in plated thru-holes in multi-layer P.C. boards. The self-expanding shank ensures positive contact with plated thru-holes. Thread sizes #4 to #10 and M3 to M5.
SOAG, SOSG Used to ground P.C. boards to steel or aluminum chassis. Annular projecting teeth eliminate the need for serrated or starwashers to make good electrical contact with the circuit foil. Thread sizes #4, #6, and M3, M4.
KFE, KFSE
Standoffs available with or without threads for mounting into P.C. boards, for spacing or stacking.Thread sizes #4, #6 and M3.

ANCHOR - A cylindrical nut, suitable for being applied on metal sheet sections through a riveting process. Particularly suitable for resisting to high torsion, thrust, tensile
stress and shear loads.
|
|
|
CNF Captive Floating Clinch Nuts are a very useful fastener for reducing the problems caused in assembly of pre-fabricated boxes where tolerance build up or inaccuracies due to bends occurs. Whilst the outer shell of the fastener is captive in the sheet there is a separate inner nut which moves within the outer shell without rotating. This allows the small amount of movement required to 'fix' the tolerance errors. Available in Steel Zinc and Clear Code 60, or Stainless Steel Code SS. These products are suitable for use in materials of Rockwell Hardness of B - 70 or less.
