Rotary Atomizers
The production-proven, patented Nordson RA-20 and RA-20R rotary atomizers deliver painting efficiency and superior finishing quality and operating safety for a wide range of finishing applications. With no minimum sparking distance, they can be positioned close to parts for optimal coverage and minimal overspray. The fine atomization and soft spray apply thin, controllable film builds with minimal paint bounceback.

DJ-2200 DispenseJet® Pump for Selective Flux and No-Flow Underfill
Asymtek's DispenseJet® pump is state-of-the-art, non-contact, jetting technology for precise fluxing and no-flow underfill applications.
Flux application using the DispenseJet® pump is a superior alternative to screen printing and ultrasonic spray in a wide variety of assembly operations. Jetting eliminates the overspray and material waste associated with ultrasonic and spray application methods. For no-clean fluxes, reduction in residue results in better package reliability.
No-flow underfill is another fluid that can be dispensed using the DJ-2200 jet. Asymtek recommends contacting our Applications Engineering Group before selecting a fluid appropriate for this process.

The SIDONIE binder sprayer is a usual equipment to do large surface dressings job.

These sprayers have everything necessary for the transport of inflammable chemicals.
They are capable of spraying:
bitumens at a temperature of 150°C

The CHIPSEALER 61 is the product in-between the handle and autonomy. It is ergonomic, securing and esthetic in the same time.
Mechanically, it consists of :
A 3 axle straight truck;
A binder storage capacity from 3500 litres to 6000 litres (emulsion only or all binders);
The chippings are stored in an Amphore tipper from 4 to 6m3 capacity ;
The chipping spreader feds by 2 belt conveyors, works up to 3.10 m (possibility of a 4m spreading with the VINTRAP chipping spreader)
The binder spray bar and the chipping spreader, working up to 3.10 m or can be a telescopic one and spray up to 4.5meter (EXAGEVA spray bar).
When coupled to a trailer it can apply surfacings independently.
The informatization includes :

Inside a housing, there is a rotor fitted with stainless steel blades (called "peignes®"). At a certain moment during rotation, these blades are tensed backwards by an adjustable buffer, then, continuing the rotation, these blades are suddenly released and hit a stop device located on the rotor.
The purpose of this action is to send the material out of the machine accurately in millions of drops.
Using this Locked Trigger® principle, it is possible to make very attractive roughcasts of outstanding quality. |
