Our versatile stack and nest containers are available in several styles to add superior space savings for efficient storage and distribution. They stack up to nine high, with or without lids. The boxes stack when full, optimising space utilisation for distribution. When empty, the containers turn 180 degrees to efficiently nest inside one another for return transport or storage. This takes up 70% less space and results in superior savings.
All containers in the plastic packaging range are produced in food industry approved, recyclable polypropylene. The durable plastic boxes are able to resist the damaging effects of oils, solvents, and other solutions, and their lightweight yet robust container design enhances conveyor performance. Easy to clean and lightweight, the stack nest containers are all available with either perforated or solid sides or bases, with capacities from 18 to 87 litres.

NESCO stacking containers were specially developed for the order picking area. Here they offer maximum possible space utilisation thanks to the smooth inner walls and the slight degree of conicity. When empty the containers are nested inside one another, reducing their space requirement by over 83%. NESCO containers come in a large number of versions, offering great flexibility in use. They are available with or without extending bail arms, with two half lids or with a loose lid. In some cases, heavy-duty bases are available for dealing with higher filling weights.

The open front gives good access, and the corrugated bases help to retrieve contents, especially smaller sized and flat objects. 8 sizes available. Our stacking bins are specifically designed for standard metric shelving, parts retrieval systems and workstations. Open front and corrugated base eases picking of small parts. They stack securely, as do bins of different depths when the width is the same. Bright colours are available for colour coding. DELTA MEC CONTAINERS
DELTA MEC 400 X 300 Ultra-robust containers made of shockproof material immune to acids and solvents and resistant to damp. With a lid that sits on or slides onto the top and a full base (models 3, 6 and 9) or honeycomb base (models 12, 17, 22 and 32).
DELTA MEC 600 X 400 These shockproof containers immune to chemical agents and damp use the whole surface of the standard European pallet and optimise the internal space by using vertical walls. Stackable and with open or closed handles, they are recommended for pharmaceuticals or small metal products and are also available in non-toxic materials for foodstuffs or in conductive material for electronic components.
