The K-program contains bored plates, those worked on and dimension is all-round with P-Normalien. They are combinable after the building block principle. Their area of application is in spraying pouring, pressing and printing casting tools.
Sub-groups of the K-program are the employment building block principle KR, the cheek tools K 2500 and K 2501 and the HASCO Wechselwerkzeug system K 3500.

A choice of resistive and SAW touchscreens is available. Flexible mounting methods such as panel, wall, swing arm, and desktop stand accessories are also available as optional accessories.
Customer logos and coloring can also be applied to the VitaPPC, using POINDUS customization services. OEM/ODM customers are welcome to request minor changes such as different peripheral device configurations for new projects. Zinc Sheet Anode for anticorrosion protection of reinforced steel in concrete
Zinc sheet is applied up on the concrete surface .
Zinc sheet stops corrosion by placing steel in concrete in a protected cathodic state. Stopping corrosion helps prevent concrete deterioration. Unlike impressed current systems, Zinc sheet is fully self-powered and self-regulating, providing the proper current to maintain steel polarization. It requires no external power source, no costly electrical work and minimal monitoring.
Zinc Sheet can be applied to the top, sides, or bottom surfaces of concrete structures of various shapes and any sizes.
Zinc sheet requires minimal maintenance over its long life. If desired, performance can be monitored easily by on-site personnel. With a 250 micron zinc layer the calculated life expectancy will be 21 years.

ZincLayerAnode (ZLA) is a sacrificial galvanic anode specifically designed for giving electrochemical protection, known as cathodic protection, for the prevention of corrosion of the concrete steel reinforcement.
It is applied upon the concrete surface. The zinc-layer is electrically linked with the steel reinforcement. In this way the electric-circuit is completed because electric current flows through the adhesive layer and concrete by means of ionic conductance (both materials are so-called electrolytes). Since zinc has a natural potential which is more electronegative than the steel reinforcement, the zinc becomes the anode after installation and forms a new corrosion cell in which the reinforcement is forced to be the cathode.
In this way the corrosion process within the concrete is transferred to the zinc-layer avoiding futural spalling and cracking of the concrete.
ZLA is available in rolls 250mm width x 25 meters long . Thickness 0,25mm

The CNC controlled plate processing machines are able to punch, drill, tap, centre point, deburr and mark heavy steel plates automatically.
V250 Plate punching system
The V250 plate punching system is consists of a hydraulic triple punching machine and a X-Y table with hydraulic material clamping. A drilling unit, an automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the drilling unit, steel plates can be provided with holes, which cannot be punched, due to the material thickness restrictions.
V200 Plate drilling system
The V200 plate drilling system consists of a CNC-controlled vertical drilling unit and a X-Y table. With the V200, steel plates, pre-cut to a certain dimension, are automatically provided with holes and screw taps. The X-Y table has a double hydraulic material clamping system. Automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the deburring unit the drilled holes will be deburred automatically from the underside.
