Description of the equipment
Marine Hoist is designed for handling sailboats, motor boats, pleasure boats and yachts with tall masts.
The design considers, although boats are bulky, that they are fragile at the same time especially with the mast up. To strike a mast is not only expensive but time consuming and somewhat precarious, and Paolo De Nicola for all these reasons offers a “C” shape hoist. This type of structure is open at one end permitting the yard to haul, dry dock and launch boats with their masts intact.
With the boat dry docked maintenance, fitting out and repairs can easily be carried out with a subsequent decrease in costs.
The “ELIDRA” has a main structure, translation and steering system, hoisting apparatus, engine and operator’s cab.

Application:
The 4 leg gantry is designed to assist in the demolding process
in cast marble or solid surface production. Utilizing lifters and hoists, the
demolding gantry can greatly reduce the amount of stress and damage
to the molds, as well as decreasing the time needed to demold product.

Batchmastertm casting systems.

Long popular in Europe, gantry cranes have become a widely accepted alternative to overhead bridge cranes. This type of crane is similar to the bridge crane except that it runs on a runway at the floor level. The bridge is supported by a pair of rigid steel legs which are carried by a pair of end trucks along the floor level runway.

Gantry cranes provide economical material handling in areas where an overhead crane system is not available or practical. Gantry cranes have four roller-bearing steel wheels for easy maneuverability. Casters are available in a wide variety of sizes and styles. They can be provided as an option from Bushman AvonTec, or the purchaser may provide them.
Bushman AvonTec gantry cranes are available in either fixed or adjustable height models. Both types can be disassembled into three components for portability. The structural steel legs are welded together at the factory.

Adjustable Height Gantry Cranes provide an economical way to lift materials anywhere in a facility. The wheels enable you to move the gantry around your facility. The captioned equipment is meant for the positioning of Pre-Compressed (P.C.) beams required for the construction of viaducts and bridges.
The structure consists of two lattice beams with triangle section, interconnected at their ends via suitable horizontal bracings.
Such beams work as rolling ways for the winch trolleys which lift and transport the P.C. beams.
The longitudinal motion of the launching girder (or self-launching) is achieved via capstan mounted on one of the two winch trolleys.
By anchoring alternatively the beams or the winches it is possible to motion the P.C. beams or the launching girder respectively.
