Thermal Transfer Labels
Techno THERM® Thermal Transfer Labels are carefully crafted with the highest quality materials to ensure optimum performance. They are specifically manufactured to complement the features of SATO printers, but will work equally as well on other manufacturers' printers.
A general-purpose adhesive is coated on a high quality paper face stock and the adhesive backed labels are provided on a silicone coated paper carrier. This allows the labels to be used equally as well in manual dispensing or on printers with automatic label dispensers.
Direct Thermal Labels
Techno THERM® Direct Thermal Labels are carefully crafted with the highest quality materials to ensure optimum performance. They are specifically manufactured to complement the features of SATO printers, but will work equally as well on other manufacturer's printers.
The standard thermal sensitive face stock was selected to provide the most economical labeling system. A general purpose adhesive is coated on the reverse side of the thermal sensitive paper face stock. The adhesive backed labels are provided on a silicone coated paper carrier, allowing them to be used equally as well in manual dispensing or on printers with automatic label dispensers. They are especially well suited for applications such as shipping labels, labeling of food products and healthcare labeling
RFID Thermal Labels
Techno THERM® RFID labels are carefully crafted with the highest quality label materials and RFID antennas. SATO Techno THERM® RFID labels are specifically designed and manufactured to compliment the features of the SATO RFID printer/encoders. SATO RFID printer/encoders are available in HF and UHF models. SATO Techno THERM® RFID labels come in both the 13.56 MHz and the 915MHz frequencies. The frequency you will need depends on the type of SATO RFID printer/encoder you have.

This label comprises four layers:
- A base used for the identification, made out of polyimide a thickness of 50µ with a surface treatment allowing road repair in heat transfer.
- A print area carried out in heat transfer.
- A protection made up of two layers of polyimide of 25µ:
==> On the roadbase, the adhesive is neutralized on each side of the label to make it possible to remove it without being likely to tear off the whole of the complexage.
==> the sub-base, will remain on the product in a final way and will ensure the protection of marking carried out.

Thermal labels in neutral and clear design
Original Bizerba thermal labels "Neutral" and "Clear" are adaptable, cheap and perfectly suitable to users who wish to perform an individual label layout with their own labeling machines.
Therefore, only an arranging frame for net weight, price, packaging and durability dates is preprinted on the "Neutral" labels. Whereas on the "Clear" labels, all specifications or prints are individually made by the user.

Printer Ribbons (CL, CLe, GTe, M84 Series Printers)
SATO Thermal Transfer Ribbons are specially designed for optimum performance and consistently deliver durable, easily scanned, barcodes. SATO ribbons provide excellent print contrast for visible light and infrared scanners, producing crisp text and sharp graphics. Nothing assures higher quality printing than SATO ribbons. They feature a special back coating to help achieve maximum life from printheads, and since they are specifically tested and approved for SATO printers, their use assures printer warranty protection. Three types of SATO ribbons are available to satisfy virtually every barcode label, tag and identification application.
T435B - Premier I (Resin)
A high resin composition, T435B - Premier I is specifically formulated for printing on synthetic media. T435B - Premier I ribbon is not formulated to work with standard Thermal Transfer Paper label stocks. For a more durable image on paper label stocks, we suggest the use of SATO T110A - Premier II ribbon. T435B - Premier I ribbon produces extremely durable labels when combined with top-coated synthetic media and is recommended for extreme conditions, such as asset labeling. It is resistant to most solvents, including alcohol, oils, fats, petroleum, haloid and aromatic.
T110A - Premier II (Wax/Resin)
A more general purpose ribbon, T110A - Premier II combines resin and wax to deliver excellent print quality on a wide range of paper and synthetic media. Because it contains some wax, it is only moderately resistant to solvents.
