MANUAL :
two and three way for vacuum interception and distribution
TRISEA :
versions with horizontal clapet or with vertical spring return, they serve for automatically sealing a vacuum circuit
PUSH VALVES :
with a pin or ball valve shutter and combined with the various suckers, they start suction only on contact with the object to be handled
SHUT-OFF VALVES :
fitted on the suckers they automatically shut off suction in the case of leaks, avoiding the loss of vacuum on the correctly gripping suckers

A&N offers three (3) varieties of vacuum valves: poppet valves, gate valves, and ball valves. These valves are designed to perform fully opened or closed and therefore are not intended for flow control. A brief description of each style of valve follows:
Poppet Valves are available in three (3) body styles: 90° Angle, In-Line, and Angle In-Line. These valves are made of a body, actuator, and internal poppet. A pneumatic, bellows-sealed actuator transports the poppet linearly. The poppet seal is typically elastomeric therefore base pressures down to 10^-8 Torr may be achieved. An all-metal version, with copper bonnet and valve seat, is also available.
Gate Valves provide straight-through, unimpeded flow with the smallest valve body profile. Gate valves are ideal for space- constrained applications that require maximum conductance. An elastomer seal is compressed against a sealing surface providing base pressures down to 10^-8 Torr.
Ball Valves offer straight- through, unimpeded flow with minimal space requirements and ¼ turn actuation. Because of its unique valve seat configuration, the ball is wiped clean as it is opened. As a result, these robust valves are less sensitive to particulate contamination and are especially useful in dirty vacuum applications.

The Vactrap™ is a check valve that "traps" the vacuum pressure in vacuum systems for an indefinite period of time in non-porous applications. The object can be handled with an extremely high degree of safety even if the supply of compressed air should be cut off, if a pump failure should occur or if the emergency stop should be activated, thus preventing the object from being dropped.
The Vactrap™ is also equipped with a built-in blow-off check valve to provide quick release of the object with compressed air supplied from the outside. The Vactrap™ can be used in an existing centralized vacuum system with external blow-off possibilities and it is also possible to get the Vactrap™ with an integrated Pi12-2 COAX® cartridge for decentralized systems.

The Pfeiffer Vacuum product portfolio contains several valves in numerous designs, e. g. manually, electropneumatically or electromagnetically operated.

The VS valve is of simply design and all in aluminium alloy ocnstruction. The change of the flow direction is obteined by a sliding selector operated either electrically or pneumatically systems.

General description
These high conductance, stainless steel SS 304 fabricated valves are designed for reliability and for use as in-line chamber isolation valves and load lock applications. These Gate valves are fitted with Neoprene "O" rings as standard and optionally viton o "O" rings are offered. Viton sealed valves can be baked up to 150 deg.C under normal mode. These Gate valves undergo stringent leak detection tests on a Helium Mass Spectrometer for leak tightness up to 10-10 std cc/second. HINDHIVAC Gate Valves are offered in several models and can be operated in both electro pneumatic as well as manual modes..
Gate Valves are used immediately above the mouth of a diffusion pump or above the water-cooled baffles. The closure between the two sides is made by the movement of a horizontal plate in its own plane, the seal being an elastomeric. These valves are made in sizes of 1", 2", 4", 6", 8", 10", 20" sizes as a standard product.

General description :
MDC Butterfly valves require only one-quarter turn rotation of the handle to go from fully open to the fully closed position. In the 1- 1/3" Mini Del-Seal CF flange series, a spring loaded ball bearing becomes seated in an indent providing a positive mechanical stop. All other size valves employ a roll pin stop method. These quick-acting Butterfly Valves feature an improved sealing action. The opening in the body of the valve has been machined at a slight angle to the plane of the flapper. The flapper is set to rotate slightly off-center. On closure, this causes the sealing pressure to be applied more uniformly all around the O-ring. A reliable, positive seal is made and the tendency of previous designs to roughen the surface of the O-ring and eject it from its groove is eliminated.
MDC Butterfly Valves are low outgassing. All internal surfaces are machined from solid stainless steel bar stock. The handle is made of aluminum. A small O-ring on the stem prevents shaft leakage. The valves are offered with a choice of Del-Seal CF ultrahigh vacuum metal-seal flanges or ISO Kwik-Flange O-ring seal flanges.
Standard Features :
- Quick open / Quick close with positive locks
- Positive Viton® O-ring vacuum seal
- Type 304 stainless steel valve body
- High conductance
- Choice of Del-Seal CF or Kwik-Flange KF

General description
Butterfly valves are the most efficient and reliable sealing Isolation valve mechanism under high vacuum working conditions. A vacuum seal provided around the plate periphery in the main body of the valve ensures fail proof working of the valve. For efficient working of the valve it is advised to ensure that the sealing plates are facing atmosphere.
Butterfly Valves are of small in terms of thickness which ensures easy and faster passage for air and gases and are ideally suited for "In-line" isolation purpose. Though the butterfly valve is not intended to be used as an independent valve, it is widely used as a Baffle Valve in union with a chevron baffle at the top of a Diffusion Pump. These Butterfly Valves are offered in stainless steel SS-304 non-magnetic AISI quality high carbon steel chromium plated construction and they can be manually or pneumatically operated as per customer choice.

Generam description :
Vacuum angle and inline valves are devices that regulate the flow of gases, fluids or materials through a structure or aperture by opening, closing or obstructing a port or passageway.
Angle valve assemblies consist of an
- Actuator
- Poppet
- Valve Body
The actuator provides the power to position or transport the valve's poppet which is attached to the valve's body via a circular bonnet flange.
The poppet closes or opens one of the valve's body ports.
The valve body is a vacuum tight chamber that is screwed, flanged or welded into a larger vacuum vessel or system.
MDC angle and inline valves are offered in various sizes ranging from .25" to 10" port diameters. Standard port mounts include:
- Del-Seal CF metal seal flanges, recommended for ultrahigh vacuum service
- ISO Kwik-Flange and ISO Large-Flange fast-make and fast-break elastomer seal flanges, ideal for high vacuum applications requiring frequent assembly and disassembly.
Standard Features :
- UHV and HV series
- Del-Seal CF, ISO KF Kwik-Flange, ISO LF Large-Flange and Tube-Weld port connections.
- Manual and Electropneumatic actuators
- 120VAC air control solenoid valve
- OFE copper metal and Viton® elastomer bonnet seals
- Welded bellows actuator seal
- TIG welded internal body joints
- Electropolished interior and exterior surfaces
