AirLoc pads are designed to be homogeneous and are suited for a wide range of applications. 99% of all problems with vibrations, structure-borne sound and machine installation can be solved with the AirLoc system, which features:
a high degree of isolation efficiency
high damping and load-bearing capacity
level stability
a high coefficient of friction
homogeneous materials
high strength and good aging characteristics
BiLoc pads with unique profiles were specifically developed for low-frequency applications. They feature:
low natural frequencies
high coefficient of friction
long life

Sunnex SP Series Damping Pads
Sunnex SP-Series machine pads are used in many areas of industry to insulate machinery against the adverse effects of impact, vibration, structure borne noise, or simply to prevent slipping.
Advantages:
Easily designed to meet thickness and shape requirements
High resistance to grease, acid, oil, and cooling emulsions
Significantly reduces vibration
Easily sized for different configurations
Unique cell design offsets pad deflection
Applications:
Engines
Motors
Pumps
Compressors
Generators

Machines generate vibrations which are transmitted to the surroundings.
They can influence the manufacturing process of other machines and thereby the quality of the products.

UNISORB® Vibration Isolation Pad Materials
Reduced vibration contributes to more efficient operation and longer life of costly machinery. UNISORB's job engineered isolation pads substantially reduce vibration and noise transmission. Installations are fast, easy and inexpensive.
Harmful effects of vibration and noise may cause serious impairment to the efficiency of workers and the overall effectiveness of production machinery. Proper use of these products will:
- Improve the efficiency of production equipment
- Provide a safer, more desirable environment for workers
- Reduce down time and extend the operating life of machinery
- Prevent floor damage

Fabreeka® resilient laminated fabric pad is a scientifically designed and manufactured material composed of layers of tightly twisted, closely woven lightweight duck. Each layer is impregnated with an elastomeric compound containing mold and mildew inhibiting agents. The properties of Fabreeka® are exceptionally suited for the reduction of impact shock, vibration and structure-borne noise.
Some features and benefits of Fabreeka® pads:
- Do not have a shape factor
- Exhibit relatively high damping (C/Cc -.14)
- Creep effects are reduced to a limit of 5% of original thickness
- Operating temperature limits are -65°F (-55°C) to 200°F (95°C)
- Unusually high compressive strength - 12,000 psi
- Impervious to most oils and solvents
- Resist effects of steam, water, mildew and brine
- Can be supplied in nominal thicknesses of 1/16" (1.6 mm) up to 1" (25.4 mm)
- Thicker sections can be supplied by bonding standard thicknesses together
- Can be custom fabricated to any shape or size (see OEM section for samples of fabricated parts)
Some practical aspects and considerations when using Fabreeka® pads:
- Provides stability and limited motion
- Should be used with rigid support for best performance
- Connections to isolated system should be made flexible
- Avoid metal-to-metal contact in mount attachments by including Fabreeka® Bushings and Washers
