P u r g a s complete purification series
In order to make natural gas suitable for utilisation as fuel in motor vehicles, it is essential to remove suspended solid particles and to ensure that the gas is dry (i.e. that it contains no water)! On the one hand this ensures reliable operation of the vehicles by preventing clogging and corrosion of vital vehicle components such as the fuel system and the fuel tank.
On the other hand, natural gas fuel filling stations are not subject to disturbances, for example at compressor intakes or due to freezing at the fuel pumps, so that availability is ensured around the clock.
Meet the reqirements of ISO 15403:2000(E). http://www.iso.org
ZANDER offers system solutions from 16 up to 350 bar. Capacity 35m³/h up to 2500 m³/h.
Manufactured by the specifications ISO 9001 and ISO 14000, the design of the delivered absorbers and filters is technically free from oil and grease, for applications involving technical gases of the fluid group 1 according to the pressurised equipment directive (DRG 97/23/EC). This ZANDER system solution dependably fulfils the standard for natural gas quality according to ISO 15403:2000(E) as well as compliance with the European directives for explosion protection according to ATEX (94/9/EG)

At present, the demands for generators of endogas and exogas regard 15% of our supplies.
The major part of the plants are requested with atmospheres on a nitrogen-methanol base. The steadily increasing use of atmospheres on a methane base is to be considered an important fact.
These atmospheres can only be applied in cases of wide tolerances and for specific productions. The current experimentation indicates that there will not be great changes in the future as far as the technical aspect is concerned.

Introduction
HGH-300 and HGH-500 high purity hydrogen generators are based on the technology of astronautic fuel cells, in which hydrogen is produced by the electrolysis of water, and the produced oxygen is released to the atmosphere. The generator consists of electrolyzing/separating pool, power supply, pressure control, desiccation& purification, flow display, etc. The core part -- electrolyzing & separating pool, uses a tube shaped positive pole and a plate shaped negative pole. Both poles are made of stainless steel. The electrolyzing & separating pools can store electrolyte, produce hydrogen as well as release hydrogen at the same time.
Features
The pressure of released hydrogen is steady. The flow rate is digitally displayed with LED.
The only material that the instruments consume is distilled water.
The liquid storage, hydrogen electrolyzing and desorbing are integrated together in the instruments
The generator features large electrolyzing area, low pool temperature, long service life, high productability and high purity of hydrogen.
The instrument has specially designed unit that can prevent liquid from backflowing. As a result, there in no need to change the discolored silica gel frequently.
The adoption of the advanced power switches can improve the electrolytic efficiency.
The generator is a good substitute for the high-pressure steel bottles for laboratory application.

The compressed air compressor filter into the polymer membrane filters, a variety of gas in the film in the solubility and proliferation of different factors, leading to different gases in the membrane penetration rate in a relatively different. According to the characteristics of various gases can be divided into "rapid gas" and "slow gas". After compacted and purified to remove oil, water and dust. The air will enter the membrane separation to separate. First, the O2, CO2 and little vapor will infiltrate into the membrane wall, and exhaust by air pressure through the discharge port; and the infiltrating speed of N2 of the air is slower, which will flow out from the gas collector on the end of the pressure box, and enter nitrogen buffer tank finally.
