The WSX53 detects any precipitation including rain, snow, hailstone, sleet. Its output are two volt-free contacts which can be used to take actions depending on the sensed whether condition. These can be anything such as closing shutters, powering blowers, boilers or window closers, stopping or starting sprinklers, etc. Applications include „X Building Automation „X Plant Automation „X Commercial and Residential Homes „X Weather Centres „X Sprinkler Control „X Agricultural use, etc. „X De-icing and drying systems The WSX53 is enclosed in a very compact (82 x 80 x 55) IP66 enclosure and provides an eight-core trailing cable for interface.
