The AFT Dual-Use Hopper offers Simple and economical back filling with gravel and/or consolidated sand. Large steel (= clean) roller wheels to spread the weight. Easy change from Gravel Unit to Sand Unit. Hydraulically operated twin shutters to control the flow of material. Gravel unit can be set to fill up to a pre-determined level from the surface. Sand Placement Unit to fill even narrow trenches with well consolidated sand. Works without use of vibrators and therefore is not subject to wear.
