From a set of raw-material blocks and a set of outputs to be produced, ACT/CUBE automatically calculates the 3D layout, for significant savings in terms of time and material. Thanks to a powerful optimization algorithm, ACT/CUBE enables you to quickly execute very compact 3D assemblies. The software optimizes the use of material not only within a block but also by choosing the best blocks to be used. ACT/CUBE also enables you to reuse offcuts as a priority. ACT/CUBE produces edge to edge cutting plans adapted to the different cutting technologies (wire, blade, professional saw, etc.) and offers many specialized features. ACT/CUBE can be easily coupled with Production Management and ERP systems.
