Summary
The ALcode P prints and applies A5 labels to two consecutive pallet faces (front + side) and optionally three faces. Throughput is up to 120 pallets/h (up to 180 pallets/h for single-face labelling). The system is designed for industrial pallet lines with variable pallet shapes and stopping positions.

Overview
Built on a reinforced base with integrated cabinet, ALcode P adapts the ALcode platform to pallet labelling: wider conveyors, longer applicator strokes and protection options (positive cabinet pressure, heated cabinet, automatic doors). Control is via an enlarged PLC and a colour touch-screen HMI with functions for pallet workflows, status monitoring and optional barcode-check auto-repeat.

Application solutions

• Tamp applicator with long stroke (500 mm or 1000 mm) for single-label application on a stopped pallet.
• Multi-axis applicator for two-label application onto two adjacent faces (front + side) using one pallet stop; option for three-face labelling with two stops.

Compatible printers: SATO S8x series / Zebra ZE500 (mounting not integrated by default).
