Self-adhesive label printer-applicator ALcode

ALcode is an avant garde Print and apply labelling system, designed to provide excellent performances in the printing cum application of self-attaching labels. The comprehensive system allows printing and then immediately attaching the newly printed labels to products moving along a conveyor channel or to unmoving products. The printer is also conducive to working in conjunction with a computer. For application of labels, it uses the high-tech Japanese SATO thermal transfer engines which have been conceptualized specifically to work with automatic label application machines. The engine is integrated into the printer. The printer can achieve 300mm/sec of printing speed. It provides a resolution of 8-12 dots/mm and 4", 5", and 6" of width in printing. The machines have been structured with optimized electrical, pneumatical and mechanical elements working in excellent tandem to provide flawless results. The machines are perfectly suited for work in rigorous industrial applications. The machine integrates features such as dependability, ease and convenience of use, user-friendly interfaces and adaptability to make it suitable for use in a variety of sectors.
