Ideal for critical moisture applications, the 5800 offers exceptional precision, multi-gas compatibility, fast response speed and a wide measurement range. Using the most accurate trace moisture technology available, it responds rapidly to both increasing and decreasing moisture levels, and is specific to moisture in most applications. A NIST-traceable internal moisture generator allows the user to quickly confirm analytical performance at any time on the sample gas, with an alarm contact to alert the operator if verification fails. The 5800 is ideal for high-purity gas production, semiconductor gases, and the production, storage and transmission of olefins. It is suitable for use in industries including hydrocarbon processing, industrial gas and semiconductors. MULTI-GAS COMPATIBILITY The 5800 is compatible with virtually all non-corrosive gases, including inerts, hydrocarbon and air, and with many specialty gases such as sulfur hexafluoride. Changing gases is both simple and quick. FAST RESPONSE SPEED Reaching 63% of a steady state reading in less than five minutes, the 5800 is far faster than other analyzers in the 0.1 to 100 parts per million by volume (ppmv) range, during both dry-down and wetting up. WIDE MEASUREMENT RANGE The 5800 measures from 0.02 to 1000 ppmv, with a calibrated range from 0.02 to 100 ppmv. Two customizable 4-20mA outputs can be assigned to cover any portion of the operating range.
