Anderson modular RTD's and temperature transmitters are designed for pharmaceutical processing and sterilization applications. Elements, available with a wide variety of direct process and and thermowell connections, mate directly with RTD or transmitter wiring heads. A unique O-ring seal eliminates exposed threads at this connection. Transmitter modules can be analog or SMART, both available with optional digital displays. Also available are bimetal thermometers and the Digitherm digital thermometer. All electronic sensors are available with sanitary clamp configurations in 1/2 inch through 4-inch, as well as in thermowell mountings.

Thermowells can be specified as weld-in or clamp style, with all 316 "L" stainless materials and electropolished finishes. Weld-in thermowells are supplied with material certifications and permanently marked "heat numbers" as standard.
