The TWIN punching machine can be equipped with a bundle storage to feed the bars automatically by means of a manipulator positioned between the storage-magazine and the TWIN machine, which will load and unload the bars automatically - thus completely automatising the bar-punching cycle. The magazine may be supplied with bars of up to a length of 7 m. This procedure eliminates the manual loading and unloading of the bars by the operator - a great labour-saving.
Advantages
This machine enables a production speed higher than other punching machines on the market.
Fast and accurate, it can punch one or more tubes at the same time. The version with bars loading/unloading storage-magazine allows to work without operator and to punch semi-oval or rectangular pipes without blisters thanks to an exclusive system. It can carry out a working cycle in approx. 50” on a bar 2 meters long and steps up production.
