Dimension range goes from 180 mm diam. to 300 mm. diam.
Screen monitoring system is made by pressure transducer. When the time has come to change your filtering net, melt pressure rises above a maximum threshold and activates a flashing and acoustic alarm.
Bausano Screenchangers can be installed directly on the barrel terminal and can be easily connected to all standard Bausano pellettizing heads.
The sealing system is the practical and traditional Bausano conical clamp standard on every Bausano Twin Screw Extrude
