Model A1 sensor signal conditioner (SSC) is designed as a low profile SSC to be used with any sensors which are built with Wheatstone bridge circuits. it amplifies an input millivolt signal of sensors to a standard analog signal which can be directly input to a PLC or any computer besed data acquisition system.
The A1 can process input singals from 5mV to 30mV, corresponding to the sensors output sensitivity of 1mV/V through 3mV/V if the sensor is powered by an excitation voltage in a range of 5,..., 10Vdc.
The A1 porvides a factory pre-set regulated excitation voltage (5,...,10Vdc) to the sensor. The output signal of the A1 can be 4~20mA, 0~5Vdc or 0~10Vdc. The offset and span of the output are adjustable by two potentiometers.
