Description
This machine is equipped with two-axis three-position, including the positions of coarse honing, fine honing and loading & unloading. The table employs hydraulic precision rat tooth disc rotary table. The indexing precision is high and positioning is reliable. The main rotation of this machine is driven by inverter motor, and stepless speed can be achieved. Reciprocation and introduction is finished in the way that by servo motor controls ball screws. The reciprocating speed can be stepless speed. The location of reciprocating stroke is accurate with high precision. Local stay of reciprocating location can be achieved for local honing.
