· Construction : mechanically-welded structure. 100% metallic catalyser.
· Ammonia cracking : at output, constant composition of 25% nitrogen and 75% hydrogen. For 1 kg of ammonia, 2.7 m3 of strongly reducing protective gas is produced.
· Heating : max temperature of 950 °C. Temperature achieved in 30 minutes.
· Insulation : heated retort is insulated with ceramics.
· Electricity : 3 x 400V, 50Hz.
· Regulation : Axron PID temperature controller with programmable clock.
