The bottle conveyors are realized with one or more ways composed by a folded sheet in stainless steel AISI 304 - SB 2,5 mm. thickness. It is press folded and supported by a stainless steel tube mounted with plans and supports type MARBETT. They are fitted with bottles guide panels, at different shapes, according to the presence or not of the bottle labels (save labels panel); in presence of conical bottles; the panel is shaped in order to compensate the conical form of the bottles; but for not labelled bottles, it is used a lower panel, etc.
On the curves, besides the panel supports, some orienting supports are mounted in order to allow the sliding of the guides and facilitate the regulation of the same.
According to the necessity, some chains of various typology are mounted, for example, stainless steel chain, in vinegar resin at low friction coefficient, modular conveyors and some lubricated devices at soapy water or other lubricating substances of Teflon type, in order to reduce the friction among the bottles.
They are equipped with several control devices for the line logic management, as for example the sensors for the bottle presence or sensors for overflow.
All the bottle conveyors have a drainpipe for liquids.
