Roller bearings are usually rolling off, cage, inner and outer rings and other components. This easy installation and removal of bearing , especially the installation of more heavy equipment to reflect their superiority.

A.Features:

(1). roller and raceway contact or repair off the assembly line as the line contact, radial load capacity, suitable to withstand heavy load and shock load.

(2). The friction coefficient is small, suitable for high-speed, speed limit close to the deep groove ball bearings.

(3). N type and NU type can move axially, can adapt to errors due to thermal expansion or installation of the shaft and housing caused by changes in relative position can be used for supporting the free end.

(4). On the shaft or housing bore machining are higher, relative to the axis of the bearing outer ring deflection after installation should be strictly controlled to avoid exposure to stress concentration.

(5). Inner or outer detachable , easy installation and removal.

B.Application:

Mainly used for large motors, machine tool spindle、front and rear of the engine bearings、shaft support rail passenger cars、diesel engine crankshaft、automobile and tractor transmission.
