Provides uniform tightening of container caps up to 95mm in diameter and provides gentle cap handling. This machine is ideal for lab use with speeds up to 50 containers per minute. Screw cap configuration: With the cap in position, the operator places the container against a “V” plate. The reciprocating spindles then automatically descends to screw on the cap. Torqueing time can be adjusted from .15 to 10 seconds, thereby accommodating most capping speeds. Aluminum Seal Configuration: With the cap in position, the operator places the container against a “V” plate.
