The RS Series can be furnished with a special stoppering head to handle dispenser plugs, such as those used to restrict the flow of topical solutions. Ideally suited for cleanroom environments, the RS Series offers full insertion and full or partial insertion, depending on the model of stoppers at speeds up to 400 containers/minute. Our RS400 Stoppering Machine offers positive container control assuring précisé alignment and stopper placement at speeds up to 400 CPM. This exceptional machine incorporâtes an inclined rotary stoppering head designed specifically to reduce particulate génération and enhance laminar air flow effectiveness. There is no mechanism over open containers, just the stoppering head as it places and inserts stoppers to the required depth. It provides full insertion of stoppers for liquid products or partial insertion for freeze-dried products. The RS400 is PLC controlled and features quick easy changeover in addition to make-up and back-up détection Systems. It cornes with a vibratory bowl that accommodâtes various sized stoppers (13mm/20mm, 20mm/28mm, 28mm/30mm, or 30mm/32mm). The unit is constructed with a stain-less Steel exterior. Ail stopper contact parts are of 316 stainless Steel and remove easily for sterilizing/autoclaving. The star-wheel and feed screw are constructed of durable Delrin. Options include fiber optic bottle counter, missing stopper sensor and electronic stopper height adjustment, no bottle no stopper Systems, two-speed transmission and down vial eliminator.
