The oil/water separators separate, by decantation and filtration, particles of oil from water for discharge into the sewer with no risk of pollution.
Filtration:
The prefilter is a plastic woven filter. It retains large drops of oil and protects the activated carbon. The passage of water is not impeded even when the prefilter is saturated with oil.
The activated carbon: it adsorbs oil droplets.
