The DONADON “PS” panel is a composite, tension panel.
It is composed of two parts:
· An incised metal section
· A PTFE membrane.

Suitable for use with gas in static, pulsating and cyclic conditions. PS vent panels are available in square, rectangular or circular models.
They usually have very low vent or vacuum pressures.
These panels are mainly fitted to dust manifolds, dryers, troughs, silos, separators, mixers, boosters, air filters and sieves.
They can be fitted between welded frames or non-machined profiles in carbon or stainless steel.
Machined frames or expensive holders are not necessary.

TRIGGER SPEED: The PS panel responds well to excessive pressure and vacuum.
OPERATING MARGIN:
- flat panel: the PS has an average ratio of 50% between operating and venting pressure
- pre-shaped panel: the PS has a good ratio of 70% between operating and venting pressure
FRAGMENTATION: No fragmentation
VACUUM: A vacuum support is recommended.

Venting pressure from 0.07 to 0.65 Bar at 22°C
Venting temperature up to 50°C
Tolerances on venting value:
- for venting values below 0.1 BAR: ± 20%.
- for venting values between 0,1 and 0,65 BAR: ± 10%.
Seal materials:
- up to 120°C. Neoprene
- from 121 to 230°C. Silicone
- Other materials on request
