Made from 100% pure virgin urethane (no regrind or blends), our cord costs more than cord containing regrind, but it typically lasts significantly longer and provides greater drive.

Standard 83A Line Shaft Belts (clear or orange color): Made from Cyclothane-A or Cyclothane-E. Standard diameters are 1/8" (3.2mm), 5/32" (4mm), 3/16" (4.8mm), .210" (5.3mm) , 6mm, 1/4" (6.3mm), 5/16" (8mm)and 3/8" (9.5mm), but other diameters are available. Stretched 10% to 12%. Moves boxes weighing up to 20 lbs/roller (9 kg/roller).

HT Blue Line Shaft Belt (High Tension, 85A): Made from Cyclothane-B. Standard diameters are 3/16" (4.8mm), .210" (5.3mm), 6mm, 1/4" (6.3mm) and 5/16" (8mm). Stretched 15% to 20% -- produces 30% more drive tension than standard line shaft belts. Moves boxes weighing up to 25 lbs/roller (11 kg/roller).

HEHT Black Lineshaft Belt (Highly Elastic, High Tension, 88A): Made from Cyclothane-C. Standard diameter 7/32" (5.6mm). Stretched 15% to 30%. Necks down to fit in 3/16" groove. Produces 70% to 90% more drive tension than standard Lineshaft belts. One sizes fits variable center distances.

Super Red 90A Line Shaft Belts: Made from 90A durometer Cyclothane-A. Standard diameters are 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 7/32" and 1/4" (3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 5.6mm and 6mm). Stretched 12% to15% -- produces 70% to 100% more drive tension than standard line shaft belts. 3/16" (5mm) belt moves boxes weighing up to 36 lbs/roller (16 kg/roller). 7/32" (5.6mm) belt moves boxes weighing up to 44 lbs/roller (20 kg/roller). 1/4" (6mm) belt moves boxes weighing up to 50 lbs/roller (23 kg/roller).
