Description

AC/DC esiMot “all-in-one” decentralized servo drive 120 W to 4.4 kW S3 power with integrated power electronics. Fieldbus connection: Profibus-DP, Profinet-DP, CANopen, EtherCAT or Modbus serial, each electrically isolated. Digital 4Q controller, amplifier mode with analog control, positioning mode with PLC interface. Digital inputs and outputs and the option of retrieving stored set data give the brushless drive a high degree of variability. Supplied device description files and function blocks for S7/TIA portal allow easy integration into fieldbus networks. The galvanic isolation of the fieldbus interface ensures high interference immunity. The actuator also offers the option of communicating with a PLC without a bus system. In this case, signals are exchanged via analog standard signals or by retrieving the stored records. The brushless drives with 24 V DC to 400 V AC supply are available in 15 sizes from 70 W to 2.9 kW rated power and rated torques up to 13.2 Nm. The integrated ballast circuit and status display via LEDs make the esiMot servo drive a user-friendly complete system. Available: Atex protection for zones 2 + 22, integrated holding brake, internal absolute encoder, positioning to external encoder system.
