The FAUN SIDEPRESS is designed for economically collecting household waste of all types and is available in the body sizes 19, 24 and 26 m³. Its low unladen weight of only 13 tons makes the SIDEPRESS capable of handling a high payload.
The vehicle can be operated by one person from the cab using a joystick. The driver has no direct contact with waste or bacteria and thus works from a safe and hygienic position.
The SIDEPRESS also features a dust protection flap that keeps flying particles to a minimum when emptying, which is good for the environment. The simultaneous control of three functions by joystick avoids long breaks between switching, thereby maintaining a high loading speed.
The compaction plate, the only moving part in the compaction system, is manufactured in a steel-steel combination, keeping wear to a minimum.
