Fastening slides equipped with air or electric nutrunner motor, thanks to their movement they ensure a perfect approach stroke of the motor and screw head to the component to be tightened. They are available in three types: SINGLE-STROKE FASTENING SLIDE: performing one single stroke to reach the tightening point and fasten. DUAL-STROKE FASTENING SLIDE: perfoming first a nozzle-stroke to approach the workpiece followed by the nutrunner motor stroke to fasten. TRIPLE-STROKE FASTENING SLIDE: with dual-stroke movement and anti-overturning device to handle screws having a ratio total length/head diametre slightly higher than 1. Suitable for fastening applications in presence of screws with a very close distance to centre (min. 41 mm, size 15, min 51 mm, size 20). Models for tightening points with distance between centers of about 20 mm are available upon request. Their compact dimensions and the extremely low weight make these components extremely versatile and usable on manipulators, electric axis and robots.
