SCREWS FEEDER:
ED S – Silent Feeder has a segment conveyor inside the tank that loads, aligns and sends the screws to an inclined accumulator, exploiting the principle of gravity. The absence of vibration therefore guarantees maximum silence as well as preserving the characteristics of the screws and ensuring high quality assembly.

NUTRUNNER MOTOR:
Can be pneumatic or electric, for any need for torque, speed and type of monitoring, with torque or torque/angle/time control as well as programming, analysis, of the tightening cycle with important advantages in precision and operational flexibility
FASTENING SLIDE:
Reliable at high cycle rates and where high axial thrust is required. In addition to the motor tightening stroke, the slide can provides an approach stroke to bring the head down to the component.

SCREW RETAINING HEAD
• Customised to the screw and component to reach required depths
• Reduced dimensions; special materials/supports can be used to avoid damaging components
• Mechanical retention (not vacuum) ensures reliable screw hold and prevents jamming in dusty environments and without risk of screws loss inside components thanks to mechanical screw retention
The system provides a perfect automatic approach stroke to the part being assembled and tightening cycle is managed by integrated PLC which relates to factory systems (Industry 4.0) and can be managed remotely. It interacts with various devices i.e Bar code reader, conveyor belt, workpiece clamping jig activation/deactivation systems, signalling and monitoring mechanism such as LEDs, part counters, light towers.
The ED S – Silent Feeder screw feeder can be combined with the DUST CLEANER screw cleaning device: an additional accessory available on request, essential for removing dust and fine particles from screws in automatic tightening systems. When correctly positioned in the production layout, it can speed up screw feeding times to as little as 0.3 seconds.
