Automatic band saw machine to cut from 0° to 45° and semiautomatic from 0° to 60°. Head structure in 3 parts: special aluminium alloy, steel and cast iron. Dynamometric blade tensioning, broken blade endswitch and blade rotation sensor. Heavy-duty welded steel base with panels of differentiated thickness, swarf collection system and integrated coolant tank. Sensor that memorises the head starting position. Protection barriers designed for easy access to the rear of the machine during operations such as blade replacement. Electrical cabinet positioned outside the base, with cutting valve and washing gun in ergonomic position. Hydraulic unit for the head, vice and carriage feed cylinders. Balanced valve for the head descent hydraulic cylinder. Adjustable blade guide with carbide inserts and guide bearings. Gear reduction unit with hardened and ground alloy steel gears, lubricated with long-life oil. VHZ electronic speed variator 16÷120 m/min. Blade cleaning brush powered by gear motor. Material clamping vice with manual positioning and hydraulic locking cylinder Cutting vice and carriage vice plates equipped with replaceable hardened pins to preserve the material support surface. Ergonomic working table and control panel. Loading-side 600mm roller table attached to the base for material support. Head rotation with mechanical stops at 0°, 45° and 60°. Graduated scale for angle reading and sturdy locking lever. Material feeding through carriage vice, equipped with hydraulic cylinder and self-centering device for irregular bars. Sliding on chromed columns, useful feeding stroke: 510 mm. (1005 mm for version C 1000) Missing material end switch on carriage vice. Final cutting scrap: approx. 300 mm. Measuring system with reference stop positioned by trapezoidal screw and double endswitch system for carriage vice slowdown and stop (tolerance ± 0.2 mm). Swarf collection system and integrated coolant tank. 90-litre coolant tank with electric pump for blade guide lubrication and cooling. Hydraulic unit for the head, vice and carriage feed cylinders. Electrical cabinet with 24VDC auxiliary voltage and lockable main switch. Digital control panel for machine function management, cutting cycle programming and self-diagnosis.
