Automatic double column band saw machine with h34 blade to cut at 0°, capacity 330x510mm. Fully enclosed machine, with easy access for blade replacement and ordinary maintenance. Possibility to load material directly on the carriage by overhead crane. Designed for lifting both with either forklift or cables. Carriage with 500mm stroke, controlled by ball screw and encoder. Hercules CN C1000 version available with 1000mm stroke feeding carriage. Carriage retracts at the end of the cut to prevent blade damage. Retraction can be set via software End-cut carriage withdraw to avoid damages to the blade. It can be set via software. Carriage vice with retractable fixed jaw, allowing the cutting of uneven bars.
