Automatic/Semiautomatic band saw machine for cutting from 0° up to 60° right. Head structure in 3 parts: special aluminium alloy, steel and cast iron. Dynamometric blade tensioning. Broken blade micro and blade rotation sensor. Head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and front balanced valve for feeding regulation and cutting optimizing. The head rotation is fully programmable from the operator control panel, the rotation done with a hydraulic cylinder and the cutting angle read by a magnetic band. Once the head is at the programmed angle, the head is hydraulically locked in position via a hydraulic cylinder.
Blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing. Direct drive: Reduction gear box with inclined grinded case hardened teeth lubricated with long lasting grease. Inverter VHZ for a wide range of speed selection. Motorized blade cleaning brush driven by motor gearbox. Material clamping vices with rack system, manual positioning and hydraulic stop cylinder. Carriage vice for material feeding equipped with hydraulic cylinder and self-centric device for not straight bars.
Material lacking micro placed on the carriage vice. Automatic positioning of the feeding vice to the programmed measure for singular and multiple indexing. The accuracy of the system is ± 0,1 mm. The feeding vice slides on linear rails so to reduce friction. The singular feeding stroke is of 1000 mm. The length of final scrap in automatic cycle is 310mm.
