Manual bandsaw to cut from 0° to 60° right and 45° left (Manual or gravitational for +G versions). Head structure in special high-resistance aluminium casting alloy. Reduction gearbox with case-hardened, ground, helical gears lubricated with long-life grease. 2-speed Version 35/70 m/min - VHZ version 16 ÷ 120 m/min. Output shaft of the reduction gearbox Ø 40 mm, with motor drive wheel coupling by keyless friction hub. Head handle with control button. Dynamometric blade tension device. Adjustable blade guide with carbide inserts and guide bearings. Blade cleaning brush integrated into the head cover. Material clamping vice inclined by 45° to the left, with manual positioning and fast clamping system. Head rotation with mechanical stops at 0°, 45° and 60° and 45° left. Graduated scale for angle reading and sturdy locking lever. Heavy-duty welded steel base with panels of differentiated thickness. Loading side chute with support roller for the material. Millimetric measuring rod with sturdy length stop for cutting lengths 0÷600 mm. 20-litre coolant tank with electric pump for blade guide lubrication and cooling. Ergonomic working table and control panel. Electrical cabinet with 24VAC auxiliary voltage, operator controls, and lockable main switch. Full protection against overvoltage and short circuits.
