Gravitational bandsaw to cut from 0° to 60° right and 45° left. Head structure in cast iron. Hydraulic transducer for blade tension display. Head handle with control button. Adjustable blade guide with carbide inserts and guide bearings. Possibility to perform single cuts without operator intervention, using the head weight controlled by a hydraulic brake. The head must then be manually lifted to the position required for the bar advancement. Material clamping vice with manual positioning, quick-locking system and left-right sliding with a sturdy locking lever. Head rotation with mechanical stops at -45°, 0°, 45° and 60°. Graduated scale for angle reading and sturdy locking lever. Millimetric measuring rod with foldable length stop. Cast-iron work table ensuring optimal support of the workpiece. Coolant tank integrated in the upper part of the base, with discharge nozzle and electric pump for cooling both blade guides. Loading side support roller. Electrical cabinet with 24VAC auxiliary voltage, operator controls, and lockable main switch. Full protection against overvoltage and short circuits. Protection level IP 55. Line voltage: 400V/50Hz/3Ph. Machine colours: yellow RAL 1018 and grey RAL 7036.
