Manual band saw machine to cut from 0° to 60° right. (Manual/Gravitational for version +G). Head structure in special aluminium casting alloy. Dynamometric blade tensioning. Head handgrip with integrated cycle button. Blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing. Direct drive: Reduction gear box with inclined grinded case hardened teeth lubricated with long lasting grease. (Mechanical variator 20÷100 m/min for version +V).
Material clamping vice with manual positioning and fast clamping system.
Ergonomic working table and control panel. Head rotation angle stop at 0° and 60°.Degrees measuring system, graduated scale and rugged in construction locking lever. 1 meter loading side roller table equipped with free rollers for material support. Millimetric reference length stop measuring system. Cutting length 0÷600 mm. Heavy duty basement with sheets metal construction in different thickness, chips holding sides. Hydraulic cooling pump in the back of the basement for feeding both blade guides. Electrical cabinet with 24VAC, main switch, safety unit and electric drives. Total protection against highest voltage and short circuit current. Protection level IP 55.
