GBC SPIDER 42 flange facing machine, for easy and quick on-site resurfacing of damaged flat and raised flanges and valves, ring joint seats for a working range from 303mm to 1066mm (12"-43").
Working range 12"-42" , ID mounting, self centering 8 legs locking system with individual fine regulation for precise centering and alignment.
Adjustable autofeed system.
The new and innovative ID locking and self centering system combined with multi position motor spotting for power transmission allow unmatched stiffness compared with traditional architectures of similar machines, especially in application on higher diameters where we can guarantee more accuracy.
Variable autofeed for radial and axial movements make the machine ready for any on-site repair.
