The vises of the StandardFLEX series are an evolution of the Standard vise series.
Their main characteristic is the quickest jaw plate hand substitution without any tool. This is possible thanks to the new design with pin with spring which increases the standard vise versatility while the prismatic grooves allow a perfect repositioning (within microns!!!).

Built in stystem for vertical set up

This new generation of jaws with interchangeable jaw plates are compatible with the standard bases Art.40 and the traditional mechanical blocking Art.258 device.

The vertical positioning on grid pallet is also very simple and quickest thanks to the ground holes on the fixed jaw (with 50mm pitch).

Also the vertical positioning on T-slot pallets is fast and simple thanks to positioning keys made on the back fixed jaw side.

Built in possibility for back to back assembly of 2 vices in order to create a more rigid vertical system.
