The 2400B Series Signal Generator offers four distinct models available in four frequency ranges starting from 10 MHz or 2 Ghz - 8 GHz, 20 GHz, 26.5 GHz, and 40 GHz. The 2400B Series comes standard with front panel keyboard and display, GPIB / USB interface, high stability timebase, 0.1 Hz resolution, and Automation Xpress software.
