EXT-401 Explosion Proof Telephone

The EXT-401 Explosion Proof Telephone provides safe and reliable communications for Class I Division 1 areas deemed to be hazardous due to the presence of flammable gases, vapors, dust or fibers.

Guardian Telecom's Explosion proof equipment is intended for use in the highest hazardous area classifications. They are designed and constructed to "contain" explosions within the equipment to prevent an explosion from igniting the hazardous atmosphere outside the unit.

The ExT-401 telephone is designed and certified to operate with normal telephone energy thus eliminating the costs and limitations of intrinsically safe barriers.
