The Euroblast 4SBP abrasive cabinet has been designed to be comfortably and productively used by a seated operator on a wide variety of work.
A single suction-blast gun and blow-off air jet are mounted on a multi-adjustable, telescoping bracket attached to the back wall of the cabinet whilst footswitches activate the blast gun and the blow-off nozzle, leaving both of the operator’s gloved hands-free for manipulation of components under the blast stream. Alternatively, the blast gun and the air blow-off nozzle can be handheld.
The Euroblast 4SBP blast chamber is 50 cm high at the back wall, 81 cm wide and 61 cm deep and the cabinet is fitted with a large abrasion-protected safety glass viewing window and the interior of the blasting enclosure is brilliantly illuminated ensuring good visibility. A full-depth door on each side of the cabinet makes the loading and unloading of components quick and convenient.
The 4SBP abrasive blast cabinet can be equipped with either a Model 400 (small) or a Model 900 (large) blast gun, or for maximum versatility one of each size can be fitted. For even more precision blasting; the cabinet can be fitted with an optional Guyson Pencil Blaster utilising a micro blast tip.
