Reliability and flexibility were important factors during the development of the Inspekt table series of testing machines. Thus, Hegewald & Peschke GmbH uses only high-quality components. The material testing machines of the Inspekt table series are designed for universal employment in medium load range. Customers can choose between a desktop and a stand-alone model. For the setup of different tests, two different hand panels are available. For instance, the panel type RMC 7 includes a load-position-display, which makes it possible to operate the machine without external PC. Typical fields of application of the Inspekt table machines are in incoming and outgoing goods departments, research and development, and general quality control in material testing laboratories.

Load frame
In spite of their small weight, load frames of the Inspekt table series are characterised by especially high bending stiffness. Additionally, the standard version offers possibilities to connect different kinds of accessories, like clamping tools, temperature chambers, or extensometers. The moving crosshead is driven by a servomotor and two free from play pre-stressed ball screw spindles. In order to protect the spindle units from excessive contamination, e.g. if the machine is used in an industrial environment, a set of bellows can be employed optionally.
