Honeywell Model 41 Low Profile Pancake Load Cells

Honeywell's Model 41 is a low profile "pancake" style type of load cell. This bonded foil, strain gage is engineered to measure loads from 5 lb to 500,000 lbs with 0.1% accuracy and is available in stainless steel (for load ranges from 5 lbs to 200000 lbs) or carbon steel (for load ranges from 300000 lbs to 500000 lbs).

The Model 41 utilizes two stabilizing diaphragms, which are welded to the sensing member to reduce off-center and side-loading effects. It provides high performance in non-linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability specifications for such applications as tube mills, extruding processes and weighing. Each unit has a welded construction and can be hermetically sealed for added durability.

Output options available include 0 Vdc to 5 Vdc or 4 mA to 20 mA output.
