These Direct Drive Rotary Tables feature zero backlash, no gear wear or gear vibration and are significantly faster than worm and gear drives. System accuracy and repeatability of the table will be maintained over time. Higher accuracy and no backlash allow customers to produce more accurate and consistent machining.
AccuRing Rotary Tables are equipped with a high-accuracy encoder mounted directly to the spindle to provide improved positioning accuracy and to eliminate backlash, positioning delays and maintenance requirements. AccuRing Rotary Tables have rotational speed up to 500 rpm.
With a table diameter of 420 mm, the unit has a 250 mm through hole that allows for pneumatic or hydraulic clamping and uses 300 mm duplex bearings to achieve high rigidity and high precision. These rotary tables offer indexing precision of ± 5 arc-seconds and have a maximum horizontal loading capacity of 400 kg.
Applications for the AccuRing Rotary Servo Tables include single rotary indexers and 5th axis trunion tilting machining centers.
